PHARMACY TECHNICIAN

We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for filling new medication orders, assisting in reconciliation of missing orders and doses, and delivering medications to and from patient care areas.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or Higher Level of Education
• Strong organizational skills, independent and critical thinking skills, sound judgment, and knowledge of legal aspects and liability of nursing practice.
• Strong ability to communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (preferred)
• One (1) year prior Hospital Pharmacy Technician experience (preferred)
