Job Description
IU Health is seeking a Neurodiagnostic Technologist III to improve the lives of patients and their families. This full-time, night shift position involves neurophysiological testing and monitoring in clinical, Neurotelemetry/EMU and intraoperative settings. The role requires proficient recording and monitoring patient data, maintaining high quality recordings, and collaborating with team members. Proficiency in ICU, Epilepsy, and neonatal neurophysiological patterns is also needed.
Requirements
- Prepares and provides neurophysiological testing and monitoring.
- Demonstrates proficiency in ICU, Epilepsy and seizure, neonatal and other complicated neurophysiological patterns.
- Reports findings and triages patient care needs.
- Maintains high quality recordings.
- Facilitates and collaborates with less experienced team members.
- Diagnoses neurological conditions.
