Aftersales Training Lead

INEOS Automotive is seeking an Aftersales Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver Aftersales training programmes for partner networks, technical teams, and customer-facing service staff.

Requirements

• Strong background in Aftersales Training, Technical Training, or OEM network development
• Experience within an OEM or major automotive organisation
• Experience designing and delivering training solutions in an international or multi-market environment
• Proven ability to build training programmes from concept through to deployment
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Experience working with blended learning methods (digital, classroom, hands-on, virtual)
• Solid understanding of Aftersales operations including Technical, Service, Warranty and Parts functions
• Knowledge of EV systems, diagnostics, or advanced vehicle technologies
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning development tools
