Recruiter (San Francisco)

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting (including technical recruiting)
• Proven ability to source, engage, and close top-tier engineering talent
• Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and developer communities
• Experience with ATS platforms (we use Ashby), sourcing tools, and employer branding strategies
• Ability to develop hiring strategies and execute on them independently
• Start up experience or experience working in fast paced environments
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
