Finance & HR Coordinator - Mexico City

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & HR Coordinator to oversee the daily financial and human resources functions for our Mexican entity. This is a dual-impact role where you will ensure full compliance with local labor and tax laws while maintaining seamless office operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA) or HR-specific certifications are a significant plus.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, ideally with a background that covers both general ledger accounting and HR administration.
• Good knowledge of Mexican GAAP and local Tax Laws.
• Deep understanding of Mexican Labor Law and social security regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel) and experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
• Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
