Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead large, multi-workstream learning and content development programs from initiation through delivery and closure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Advanced, hands-on expertise in Microsoft Project
- 7+ years of project management experience, ideally within learning, training, eLearning, or content development environments
- Experience leading large programs with cross-functional teams of 15 to 25+ contributors
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes initiatives simultaneously
- Strong command of scope management, scheduling, financial tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Excellent organization, judgment, and problem-solving skills
