Job Description
Infosys is seeking an experienced ERP Program Lead to lead complex SAP business transformation programs. The role involves managing geographically distributed teams, developing framework, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver value. The company provides transformation services for global firms and is a rapidly growing international organization.
Requirements
- Experienced in leading challenging business transformation programs with proven program level delivery track record.
- Proven ability to deliver under challenging circumstances, on time, cost and quality.
- Ability to lead teams in complex environments with multi-vendors and geographically distributed teams.
- Experience working with global teams and leading teams of consultant based locally and remotely.
- In depth knowledge of how to set up programs for success including IT, Business and Change components.
- Outstanding communication skills and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans.
- Ability to articulate value propositions and present compelling presentations.
- Substantial proven experience working in client facing consulting roles.
- Proven project and program delivery track record.
- Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.
- Experience in mentoring and coach consulting resources.
- Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.
- Project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
