Role Overview

As an Infrastructure Consultant 2, you will collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and document findings. You will also participate in evaluating client IT infrastructure, preparing assessment reports, and supporting due diligence.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include resolving complex incidents, conducting IT infrastructure assessments, designing scalable IT infrastructure solutions, and managing version control. You will also perform post-deployment testing, coordinate maintenance schedules, and facilitate performance data analysis.
