Senior/Lead SAP FICO Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior/Lead SAP FICO Consultant to oversee the design, delivery, and governance of SAP Finance & Controlling solutions for large-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role involves leading consulting engagements, driving process excellence, mentoring junior team members, and serving as the primary functional expert for client leadership teams.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of core SAP FICO consulting experience
• Prior experience in a top-tier consulting environment (preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 full-cycle implementations as a Lead Consultant or Solution Architect
• Deep expertise in Financial Accounting and Controlling processes, including integration with SD/MM/PP
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
• Strong command over financial regulations, accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and cost management processes
• Experience preparing detailed functional specifications and overseeing WRICEF development
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage large client engagements, and drive enterprise-level transformations
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and consulting skills
• SAP certification: FI, CO, or S/4HANA Finance
• Experience in multi-country rollouts or global template design
• Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery
