We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to deepen our understanding of marketing and retention performance across our brand portfolio.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing/Growth analytics, Performance marketing, and Retention/CRM
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related quantitative field
- Exceptional skills in Google Sheets, Excel, Slides, PowerPoint, SQL, data extraction and analysis
- Skilled in Tableau/Data visualization software. Familiarity with Python and/or R is a plus
- Experience in funnel engagement analysis and multichannel campaign performance; familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel) is a plus
- Demonstrated experience designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests in acquisition or retention initiatives
- Proven ability to independently frame business problems, extract insights from raw data, and drive projects from initiation to completion, even in ambiguous settings
- Familiarity with various attribution models, and experience operating in a multiplatform, multibrand environment that includes cross-sell and up-sell strategies
- Strong team player with a results-oriented approach and exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, including creating executive-level reports and presentations
