The Senior Accountant is responsible for accounting, administration, and maintaining internal controls for the U.S./Canada F&II plants, supporting the Plant Finance Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required, CPA preferred or equivalent experience
- 2+ years relevant experience
- Consistently perform tasks with accuracy and adherence to deadlines
- Business Acumen – knows how business operates and effectively provides business context for financial information
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues, develop solutions and drive process improvements
- Proven verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to various levels within the organization
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Intermediate/Advanced in Excel)
- Experience using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) costing systems. SAP experience preferred
