We are looking for a proactive and engaged Team Leader to join our dynamic logistics team in the Katowice area. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing warehouse operations and a hands-on approach, with high organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably in a leadership or foreman role
• High organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS/TMS) and MS Office tools
• Knowledge of safety at work and basic labor law regulations
• Ability to lead a team under time pressure
• UDT certificate for fork-lift trucks
• Intermediate level of English language proficiency (spoken and written)
• Readiness to work shifts
