Job Description
Join a fast-scaling e-commerce brand with strong presence across Europe and a product that's already making waves in global markets. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can combine creativity with data-driven thinking to accelerate digital growth.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in paid media or growth marketing, ideally in a D2C or e-commerce context
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Business Center
- Ability to create clear reports and translate insights into action
- English fluency (written and spoken); Polish is a plus
