Job Description
We’re looking for a Sr. Recruiter with solid recruiting experience to lead end-to-end processes, conduct strategic sourcing, and maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting (consulting firms, RPOs, or in-house)
- Autonomy, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset
- Commitment to quality and accountability with deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Experience with recruiting tools (ATS, databases, spreadsheets)
- Familiarity with metrics and reporting — and how to use them meaningfully
