Requirements
- Legal expertise in (IT-) contract law, company law, data protection, and procurement law
- Cross-location contact person for internal corporate departments and subsidiaries
- Accompany tender procedures and ongoing customer projects
- Responsible for checking, designing, and negotiating contracts in German and English
