We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Analytics Lead to lead and drive our Insurance Analytics & AI initiatives for P&C Clients. This leadership role will focus on client management, data-driven solutions, and strategic insights, ensuring our clients receive cutting-edge analytics and AI solutions that enhance operational efficiencies and business outcomes.
Requirements
- 10 - 15 years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on insurance analytics
- Expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) domain is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and SAS
- Experience with Generative AI and other advanced data analytics tools
- Strong skills in data modeling, visualization, and data-driven decision-making
