Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Commercial Executive for one of our shipowner clients to manage and execute chartering activities, prepare and negotiate charter party agreements, and provide commercial input into fleet deployment decisions.
Requirements
- Manage and execute chartering activities across spot, COA, and time charter fixtures
- Prepare, negotiate, and administer charter party agreements and related documentation
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned vessels, charterers, and brokers
- Monitor vessel utilisation, hire performance, off-hire events, and key commercial KPIs
- Produce commercial performance reports, fleet deployment outlooks, and market analysis
- Support business development through commercial proposals, market assessments, and deal evaluation
- Provide commercial input into fleet deployment decisions, new projects, and operational planning
- Support customer and partner relationships, freight benchmarking, and competitor monitoring
