Job Description
As AI Transformation Lead at Innovative Beauty Group (IBG), you will lead the transformation of how AI reshapes the global creative and design landscape. You will translate ambitious ideas into practical AI-driven workflows that help teams work smarter, faster and more inspired.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design, marketing or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in creative design or similar roles, with demonstrable involvement in AI integration or digital transformation
- Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway ML)
- Affinity with workflow automation (e.g. Zapier) and basic understanding of APIs / connecting systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
