Job Description
ICMS is seeking a dependable and motivated Custodian to maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards at a 80,000 sq ft Administrative Building. This role involves daily cleaning, waste management, and ensuring tenant comfort and safety, with potential for on-call or emergency work. They emphasize teamwork, commitment to client services, and a focus on cost-effective programs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED Certificate
- Knowledge of acceptable cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Understanding of occupational safety and health regulations
- Ability to work on site during normal working hours
- US Citizenship and government clearance
- Experience working in a government facility
- Security Clearance (Federal government)
- Acceptable reference and background check results
