Avionics Engineer

iRocket is seeking an Avionics Engineer to design, integrate, and verify guidance, navigation, control, and flight-software systems for our reusable launch vehicles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Aerospace, or Computer Engineering.
• 3+ years of avionics or embedded systems engineering in aerospace, defense, or complex systems environment.
• Experience with PCB design, signal conditioning, sensor integration, flight-software verification, and test systems.
• Knowledge of guidance/navigation/control algorithms, FPGA/embedded firmware, and hardware validation.
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking skills; ability to lead integration and verification in a startup setting.
