Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of launch operations, systems integration, or mission-execution experience (space or defense sector preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; comfortable in high-stakes environments.
• Availability for travel and variable hours during campaigns; dynamic startup-pace experience preferred.
