RPA Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled individual proficient in UiPath and Power Platform to design, develop, and deploy scalable automation solutions that drive business efficiency.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, test, and deploy automated processes using UiPath and other relevant RPA platforms. Collaborate closely with business analysts and process owners to identify, assess, and document high-value automation opportunities.

A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar discipline. 3+ years of professional experience in RPA development and implementation, preferably in an enterprise environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar discipline
• 3+ years of professional experience in RPA development and implementation, preferably in an enterprise environment
• Proven expertise and certification in at least one industry-leading RPA platform (UiPath and Power Platform is essential; experience with Dynamic 365 or Blue Prism is a strong advantage)
• Proficiency in UiPath and Power Platform
• Strong programming abilities in VB.NET, Python, Java, and C#
• Strong knowledge of best practices and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, especially Agile
• Knowledge of requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the capacity to work well with stakeholders at all levels
