Job Description
Inova is seeking a PRN Instructor - Clinical Mentor Extender to provide support to New Nurse grad students during a four-hour boot camp course at the Inova Fairfax Medical Campus. The role involves assisting with communication skills, time management, and problem-solving, offering general in-classroom and in-bootcamp support. The role is evolving with a focus on positive ongoing support and role modeling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of progressive experience in nursing in designated specialty
- BLS from the American Heart Association
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia
