Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Care Float Pool

Inova Loudon Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Care Float Pool to join the team. This role will be full-time night shift: Days Varying: 7PM- 7:30AM.

Requirements

• Perform comprehensive patient health assessments
• Formulate individualized plans of care
• Support and empower patient/families
• Advocate for patients' rights
• Anticipate ethical, spiritual and cultural needs of patients
• Document all patient care activities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Act as a clinical resource and mentor
