Inova Mount Vernon Hospital is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool to join the team, working full-time night shifts with varying days, including 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM. The role involves comprehensive patient health assessments, individualized plans of care, and advocating for patients' rights.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 2+ years of critical care RN experience preferred
- Licensure: Licensed Registered Nurse or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse or an active multi-state Registered Nurse license
- Certifications: BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association) & NIHSS
