Registered Nurse (RN) Critical Care Float Pool

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool to join the team at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital. The role will be full-time night shift, with Days varying, 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. Inova is consistently ranked a national healthcare leader in safety, quality and patient experience.

Requirements

• Perform comprehensive patient health assessments
• Formulate individualized plans of care
• Support and empower patient/families
• Advocate for patients' rights
• Anticipate and intervene in patients' ethical, spiritual and cultural needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Act as a clinical resource and mentor
• Maintain own Team Member Continuing Education Record
