Role Overview

As a Lead Software Developer, you will work hands-on alongside a small team of engineers, guiding the technical work and supporting your teammates' growth. You will design, implement, and maintain APIs and services built primarily in Go, and guide and mentor a small team of engineers in their day-to-day work and career growth.

What You Will Do

Designing, implementing, and maintaining APIs and services built primarily in Go, guiding and mentoring a small team of engineers, identifying and solving complex technical challenges creatively and effectively, nurturing a team culture that fosters collaboration and high performance, monitoring and optimizing key performance metrics.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Previous experience managing or mentoring a small team of engineers, 5+ years of designing highly scalable and highly available systems, most of it in Go, taking pride in engineering practices, quality and documentation not an afterthought, good communication skills, and fluency in English.
