Role Overview

We're looking for a Director, Clinical Trial Operations EMEA to provide leadership and strategic planning for clinical trial operations in the EMEA region. The role will be responsible for overseeing the execution of clinical studies, managing vendors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

As a Director, Clinical Trial Operations EMEA, you will be responsible for developing operational strategies, ensuring quality and compliance, managing vendors, and providing leadership to clinical operations staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in clinical operations
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing direct reports
• Experience in rare disease and/or orphan indications
• Experience in conducting gene therapy studies
• Knowledge of clinical operations, project management, and regulatory requirements
