Job Description
The Director of Procurement will own all direct and indirect procurement activities for Insomnia Cookies, driving cost optimization, supplier management, and sourcing execution. The role focuses on building a high-performing team, establishing processes, and aligning sourcing with business goals, reporting to the VP of Supply Chain & Procurement. This position is not directly managed by other leaders but will be instrumental in fostering a sustainable procurement structure.
Requirements
- 8+ years of procurement experience
- 3+ years in a leadership or senior individual contributor role
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience with ERP and procurement tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
