Job Description
An Israeli company is looking for a highly motivated Payroll Controller to join its finance team. The focus of this role is managing Payroll and related transactions and reporting, requiring strong technical and organizational skills, reliability, and deep knowledge of Israel payroll.
Requirements
- Certified Payroll Controller
- At least 5 years of experience in preparing/assisting payroll process in High-tech companies
- Deep knowledge of Excel
- Deep knowledge of Hilan
- Deep knowledge of Priority
- Ability to prioritize duties, meet deadlines, and function as a team member to accomplish job functions
- Timesheet tracking analysis; includes follow up with employees and managers for timely entry and approval
- Able to work and solve issues independently and creatively; escalate as appropriate
- Multi tasker and able to work in fast scale organization
- English at a high standard
