Manager/Senior Associate

Instiglio is a company that builds public institutions that work for societies and the planet. They are looking for a Manager/Senior Associate to oversee project execution and team management. The role involves working on Results-Based Financing and Performance Management projects, advising clients, and growing the Rabat office.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience for Senior Associate, including 4 years of relevant work experience in international development, management/strategy consulting, and/or in the public sector.
• At least 8 years of experience for Manager, including 6 years of relevant work experience in international development, management/strategy consulting, and/or in the public sector.
• Master's degree or equivalent in Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy, Public Administration, Business, or related fields.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English (native/C2), professional working proficiency in French, and Arabic is desirable.
