The Institute for the Redesign of Learning seeks a dedicated individual to join their Transitions & Adult Services team. As a Job Coach, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them learn new job duties, maintain appropriate work behaviors, and increase productivity and stability on the job.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Self-starter
• Valid California driver's license
• Auto insurance liability coverage
