Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with expertise in BIM (Building Information Modeling) to join our team in Sri Lanka. The role will focus on leading and contributing to architectural projects based in Dubai, involving remote collaboration with international teams, and ensuring compliance with Dubai-specific regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 10 years experience in architectural design of buildings/towers (concrete and steel)
- Experience in Middle Eastern/Dubai projects preferred
- Valid accreditation/certification recognized by Dubai Municipality
- Proficient in Revit, BIM360, and related software
- Strong knowledge of Dubai building codes, international standards, and construction processes
- Demonstrated expertise in integrating architectural and structural design elements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with proven experience managing remote teams
- Strong organizational skills to ensure quality deliverables within deadlines
- Willingness to travel to Dubai for site visits, inspections, and client meetings
