Job Description
We are hiring an Assistant Manager Business Development to achieve and exceed gross profit targets, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and develop and manage relationships with key customer accounts and carriers.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree related to Transport or Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry
- Business development or sales position with existing customer base
- Good presentation, communication, and negotiation skills in Sinhala and English
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and the freight industry
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
