Manager/Lead - Projects

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Manager / Lead – Projects to oversee and coordinate multiple organizational initiatives from planning through execution.

Requirements

• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion
• Serve as the central point of contact for all project-related communications
• Work closely with senior leadership to develop project plans aligned with organizational goals and priorities
• Allocate and manage project resources effectively
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Prepare regular progress reports, presentations, and documentation
• Ensure all project deliverables meet required quality standards and regulatory guidelines
• Review project outcomes and implement corrective actions where necessary
• Drive process improvements and promote best practices within project management activities
• Provide guidance and support to project team members
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
