Sales Executive

We are hiring a Sales Executive to promote and sell condominium projects. The ideal candidate should have a part qualification in CIM, SLIM, or a degree in Business Management, Marketing, or another recognized equivalent qualification.

Requirements

• Conduct cold calling and establish initial contact with potential clients
• Identify and qualify sales leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Schedule meetings for Senior Managers with qualified leads
• Regularly follow up with potential and existing clients
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and client interactions
