Job Description
WE ARE HIRING: Sales Manager. Lead management initiatives, develop business plans, and manage sales teams to achieve annual objectives.
Requirements
- Achieve assigned branch KPIs as per the set annual objectives
- Responsible in leading management initiatives and training initiatives
- Development of monthly and annual business plans/strategies of the distribution unit
- Visit customers and promote identified financial plans with unit staff when necessary
- Ensure the overall quality of the business submitted
- Ensure development of new agents
- Ongoing performance management of sales team
- Maintain continuous Performance Development Dialog (PDD)
- Recognize and reward the sales team, maintaining the branch momentum
