Job Description
As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Integer, you will apply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices to develop new and unique approaches to complex problems and lead projects to advance Integer's technological capabilities. You will be the lead engineer for the design, build, and implementation of custom automated systems including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic subsystems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or related technical field
- 7+ years of progressive engineering and/or technically focused roles and experiences
- Subject matter expertise in designing complex automated systems
- Strong technical and problem solving foundation
- Training and certifications in problem-solving and project management methodologies
- Ability to lead team activities and act as a coach for other less experienced associates
