Quality Analyst

Role Overview

The Quality Analyst will work with the QA Team to develop, execute test plans, and run automation test scripts. They will interface with various members of IT, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Business Analysts, and Operations to identify testing needs. The role requires strong technical knowledge of business unit systems, processes, and procedures.

What You Will Do

The Quality Analyst will be responsible for testing in Windows, UNIX, and portal environments, creating and executing test cases and scripts, and coordinating testing with UAT. They will also work independently with minimal guidance from Manager and maintain confidential information.

Requirements

• Successful hands-on experience with test planning and execution
• Experience creating test documentation to include plans, cases, scripts
• Experience with defect tracking tools, reports, and metrics
• Experience in working with vendors and clients
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required, Associates Degree acceptable, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 4+ years QA Testing experience
