Job Description
We are looking for a Penetration Tester to join our team at Integrity360. As a Penetration Tester, you will perform hands-on technical security testing across a range of environments and technologies, working on complex and high-value projects. You will be expected to perform advanced manual testing (not just automated scans), exploit vulnerabilities, and deliver clear, actionable reports to clients.
Requirements
- 2+ year of practical penetration testing experience
- Strong understanding of core security concepts
- Solid grasp of networking fundamentals, ports/protocols, basic Windows/Linux internals
- Experience with common tools: Nmap, Burp Suite, Gobuster, Metasploit, BloodHound, etc.
- Manual testing exposure — not just automated scans
- Basic scripting or coding (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Good communication and documentation skills
