Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Procurement-Excellence-Consulting professional as Team Lead Customer Value Engineering to lead and further develop our Value-Engineering-Service. The role will significantly shape how we support Enterprise-Clients in using IntegrityNext operationally and effectively.
Requirements
- Delivery & Procurement Expertise
- More than 5 years of experience in Procurement-Transformations, Platform-Implementations, or SaaS-Delivery-Models
- Experience in introducing digital platforms along supplier and product risks, compliance, or sustainability use cases
- Proven experience in leading small teams of experts or being responsible for complex customer delivery streams
- Sovereign appearance and persuasiveness on C-Level
- Fundament understanding of Business Intelligence Systems and Automation Use Cases in Procurement
- Experience in using or controlling KI-supported Toolsets
- Familiar with Process Playbooks, Integration Templates, and System Configurations
- Strong interest in automation, platform thinking, and structured rollout design
- Ability to translate complex procurement processes into clear implementation logics
- Negotiable in German and English
- Secure in managing multiple customer projects of different complexity at the same time
- Experience in moderating and coordinating between Procurement, IT, and Sustainability
- Structured communicator who converts requirements into scalable, repeatable frameworks
