Job Description
Transcriptionist (1099 Contractor) role at Intellectix, requiring experience and certification in transcription, attention to detail, and excellent command of the English language.
Requirements
- Certified by the American Association of Electronic Reporters and Transcribers (AAERT); or a minimum of one year of experience transcribing
- Knowledge of and experience using transcription equipment and software
- Excellent command of the English language
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with general transcription standards, practices, and formatting guidelines
- Comfortable balancing multiple and shifting priorities while adhering to strict deadlines
- Ability to consistently follow detailed policies and procedures, as well as maintain organized billing and other records
