The Conversion Team Leader is responsible for providing hands-on training, troubleshooting, and technical support in the conversion department. This role plays a key part in developing operator skillsets, improving machine performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to ensure consistent, high-quality production.
Requirements
- Prior experience operating or supporting conversion equipment required
- Strong understanding of bag-making processes, quality standards, and machine operation
- Demonstrated ability to train or mentor others in a manufacturing setting
- Good communication skills and the ability to give clear instructions
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts, or overtime as needed
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
