Job Description
The Goalkeeper Coach, Academy is responsible for training, exercising, developing, and assisting young goalkeepers within the Inter Miami CF Academy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in soccer at the national team, professional, and/or youth soccer level in the U.S.
- Must possess a 'B' or 'C' license from USSF or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Collaborative management style - advocate for team concepts.
- Positive influencer, comfortable leading dynamic changes.
- Must be able to work long hours, weekends, and some holidays.
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Must have work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis and must not require work visa sponsorship from Inter Miami CF now or in the future to retain authorization to work in the United States.
