We are building a high-performing, next-generation digital marketing function to support our evolving business. As Digital Marketing, Lead, Paid/CRM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing how we activate go-to-market programs through paid and owned digital channels.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing with deep expertise in CRM, paid media, and marketing technology
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional marketing programs in complex, matrixed environments
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent CRM platform
- Proven success managing media agency relationships and digital performance campaigns
- Strategic mindset with strong executional discipline; thrives on both thinking and doing
- Knowledge of AI and marketing automation tools and their practical application
- Experience in payments, financial services, fintech, or regulated industries is a strong asset
- Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity
