Job Description
At Interac, we're looking for a Product Manager, Customer Management to define and deliver products that solve real customer problems and drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of product management experience and a strong ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management or equivalent relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience defining technical requirements (e.g., APIs, performance, latency) and evaluating tradeoffs with engineering teams
- Working knowledge of agile delivery processes, product analytics, and experimentation methods (e.g., A/B testing)
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into product solutions
- Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity
