InterCommunity is a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike (FQHC LA) committed to providing accessible, compassionate care to everyone. The Residential Technician provides direct patient support under the supervision of nursing staff, ensuring safety and maintaining a therapeutic environment.
Requirements
- Current active CNA/MA/PCA Certification for the State of Connecticut
- Relevant withdrawal management experience
- CPR/First Aid
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Compassion, patience and a dedication to patient care
- Computer literacy and typing skills
- Ability to work effectively with a team
