Security Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Operations Manager reports to the Regional Operations Manager and is responsible for managing daily operational and administrative functions across multiple security contracts. The role involves keeping the Regional Operations Manager apprised of contract performance, supporting operational decision-making, and developing project plans to improve operations capabilities.

Manage daily operational and administrative functions, communicate contract performance, support operational decision-making, develop project plans, compile productivity and performance reports, and ensure high standards of conduct and performance.

Requirements

• Honorable military discharge, Bachelor's degree, or 5 years' experience in operations management and project management
• Ability to develop reports, spreadsheets, diagrams, charts, graphs, and other products
• Understanding of security operations and contracts management
• Operational KPIs and ability to utilize data to drive operations
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills
• Experience in general office setting in a supervisory role
• Technologically savvy with MS Office Suite
• Project management experience and PMP certification
• Customer Service orientation
• Ability to interact in a corporate environment and effectively communicate with all levels of management
