Interfaith Community Services is a non-profit organization that provides social services to the homeless and low-income community in North County San Diego. As a Homeless Outreach Specialist II, you will deliver field-based outreach, crisis intervention, and case management services to individuals experiencing homelessness with Substance Use Disorders and Serious Mental Illness.
Requirements
- Master's Degree, required
- Clinically Licensed or Licensed Eligible (ASW, AMFT, APCC), required
- 1+ years of experience working in a Social Services, Nonprofit or related setting, required
- 1+ years of providing case management services, preferred
- Experience working with severely mentally ill, medically fragile, and homeless populations, required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred
