Physical Therapist Assistant
PTA certification req. 2 yrs exp. PTA experience preferred, relevant to patient population. CPR certification & effective communication skills are a plus
Home Health Aide
Must be 18+ and have reliable transportation. Ability to lift 50lbs. Experience preferred, but no required
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
Must be a current PT/A license/registration. 2+ years experience as a COTA preferred. No education requirements.
Physical Therapist
2+ years experience in physical therapy, with a Master's/Doctoral in PT and current licensure. BLS certification with AED is also required
Occupational Therapist
OT license in NM. 1+ year experience. Grad degree in occupational therapy preferred. Reliable transportation needed
Registered Nurse
RN license in NM required. Passing background checks for any required state/federal requirements. Active RN license. Technology proficiency is a plus
Hospice RN
Must have a degree in nursing, 12 months of experience as a RN within the last 5 years, and 1 year of hospice care experience
Medical Social Worker
Master's degree in social work with 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
